The Kansas City Warriors Hockey program is a 501(c)3, which provides therapeutic healing for disabled veterans. We average practice 2 times per month, play in national and regional tournaments, and have formed league teams in the Kansas City metro area.
Established in October of 2018 with 10 veteran participants, we've grown to 53 in our short hockey history. As we continue to grow in Kansas City, so does our need for your support. We're a 501c3 and 100% of your support will go directly to programming!
By providing team focused programming, we can help heal physical and mental injuries. Along side their fellow Veterans, Warriors in the program regain confidence often lost when leaving the military. To participate in the Warrior Program, a disabled veteran must meet USA Hockey roster eligibility.
Your generous contributions will provide the necessary support to fund our mission. Disabled veterans in Kansas City will have the ice time, equipment, and ability to travel to national and regional USA Warrior Hockey tournaments and build the community they need to thrive.
